Mead Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89156.

2024 (Tuesday) at 2:00:00 p.m. based on UMC’s local time. Proposals submitted
after 2:00:00 p.m. will be rejected.

Mandatory Pre-proposal Meeting and Site Walk

Proposers must attend the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Walk in order to submit a Proposal under this
RFP. Proposers who submit a Proposal without attending the Pre-Proposal Meeting will automatically be disqualified
and not considered for award.
The Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting will be held in the Dining & Social Room located at 5409 East Lake Mead
Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89156.
Submission of Questions Due Date

All questions regarding this solicitation must either be submitted electronically through the NGEM system utilizing the
Questions Tab or sent via email to the Bid Contact named on the Event Details Tab. Inquiries should be made no later
than the date and time specified.

Proposals submitted electronically through NGEM are due NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. PST ON MAY 7, 2024.
“Submitted” means that the Proposer has: 1) provided all required responses and attachments; 2) digitally signed the
Proposal on the Response Submission Tab; and 3) received a confirmation after clicking the Submit Response button.
After the deadline has passed, the NGEM system will not allow a Proposer to submit a Proposal and the server clock
will govern. Partial RFP responses will not be accepted.

7 Method of Award Acknowledgment
This Proposal is a solicitation subject to evaluation and/or negotiation and is exempt from the requirement to award
to the lowest responsive and responsible Proposer. UMC reserves the right to take into consideration factors other
than price when evaluating Proposals. Award, if any, will be for the most advantageous Proposal in the best interest
of UMC. Proposer acknowledges review of the “General Conditions” and “Scope of Work”, available in the
Attachments Tab, and understands and accepts this method of award.
