SCOPE: It is the intent of this formal Request for Proposals (RFP) to receive proposals from qualified Prospective Proponents and select a qualified firm to, support the RTC Project Management/Construction Management Team to perform field inspection oversight, construction observation and oversight, oversight of Contractor’s Quality Control Program, oversight and coordination with Quality Assurance consultant, public relations, utility coordination, maintenance of traffic coordination and surveillance, change order evaluation and recommendations, claims avoidance, and dispute resolution.
