The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled LeBaron and Lindell Park and is located at at the intersection of LeBaron Avenue and Lindell Road, Las Vegas, NV 89139. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual.

The work consists of the construction of a new ten-acre park on BLM Leased land. The proposed park will include the following amenities; the work includes but is not limited to; 2-5 and 5-12 playgrounds, obstacle course, exercise equipment, site furnishings, a pre-fabricated restroom building, metal shade structures, fabric shade structures, new NVE electrical service, site lighting and other electrical work, asphalt parking lot, water play area, chain link fences and gates, landscape irrigation with booster pump, landscape planting and turf, native plant restoration, and water, sewer and storm drain utilities. The site work consists of construction through undeveloped land.

Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications. Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting and services necessary to construct the project per approved plan and specifications. Construction includes but is not limited to the following: Site Preparation/ Maintenance of Existing Conditions, Selective Demolition, Concrete Forming and Accessories, Concrete Reinforcement, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Precast Concrete, Concrete Unit Masonry, Metal Fabrications, Painting, Anti-Graffiti Coating, Playground Equipment, Site Furnishings, Pre-Fabricated Restroom Building, Metal Shade Shelter, Fabric Shade Shelter, Common Work Results For Electrical, Low-Voltage Electrical Power Conductors and Cables, Grounding and Bonding For Electrical Systems, Hangers and Supports For Electrical Systems Raceway and Boxes For Electrical Systems, Identification For Electrical Systems, Overcurrent Protective Device Coordination Study, Lighting Control Devices, Panelboards, Electrical Cabinets and Enclosures, Wiring Devices, Fuses, Exterior Lighting, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation, Rock/Caliche Removal, Dewatering, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Base Courses, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, Pavement Markings, Synthetic Turf, Rubber Tile Resilient Surfacing, Water Play Feature Surface, Chain Link Fences and Gates, Fences and Gates, Booster Pump, Landscape Irrigation, Engineered Soil Mix, Sodding, Plants, Native Restoration, Landscape Maintenance, Common Work For Utilities, Water Utilities, Sanitary Sewer Utilities, Storm Drain Utilities.
