Alta and Meranto Gate Modifications

Las Vegas Valley Water District invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following work, see Contract Documents for full details.

The Site of the Work is located at Alta Pumping Station Facility; 11405 Alta Dr., Las Vegas, Nevada 89138 and Meranto Pumping Station Facility; 10275 W Meranto Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada 89161.

The Work consists of: a) Installation of a Wallace Alpha Security Gate to replace the North manual gate at Alta Pumping Station Facility. The Wallace Alpha Security Gate has been pre-purchased by Las Vegas Valley Water District for installation by the Contractor. The Work will consist of gate assembly and installation, footing installation, access control ground loop installation, stanchion footing installation, stanchion installation, pavement replacement, electrical conduit and cable installation, control integration with the District’s existing access control infrastructure and access controls Contractor, and all other supporting Work to supply a complete and operable motor operated gate system. This project will require the General Contractor to coordinate badge reader installation and integration with the Districts access control integrator – Johnson Controls Inc. b) Installation of a Wallace Alpha Security Gate to replace one of the North manual gates at Meranto Pumping Station Facility.
