Southern Nevada Water Authority invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following Work, see Contract Documents for full details.


The Work is located at the Alfred Merritt Smith Water Treatment Facility at 243 Lakeshore Rd., Boulder City, NV. 89005. The Work shall consists of the Contractor to provide labor services and supervision, construction equipment, tools and subcontracted services to remove and dispose of all the original, terra-cotta floor tile, baseboard tile, grout and the tile setting mortar bed and placing a reinforced concrete topping slab to restore finished floor elevations on the Service Bay and Pump Bay floors inside Pumping Plant 1A at AMSWTF.



Please Note: A Site visit will be scheduled during the Pre-bid Conference. Attendance to both the Pre-Bid Conference and the Site Visit are Mandatory.
