Important Announcement: Utility Billing Information Release

We wanted to update you on some important information regarding the release of utility billing for services due by February 15, 2024.

Typically, our billing information is available on the last day of each month. However, due to the final conversion to our new utility billing system, we are experiencing a slight delay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The utility billing information for services due on February 15, 2024, will be available by the end of the day on February 2, 2024.

During this brief delay, we encourage our customers to take advantage of our online services. You can set up your online access to utility billing at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/fallscityne . All customers will receive a new account number which will be detailed on the mailed bill or feel free to contact City Hall at 402.245.2851 to attain your new account number.

Online access benefits include the ability to view your billing history, view current billing information and the ability to make secure online payments with no card or check processing fees.

With the completion of the system conversion, Falls City will no longer be passing credit card processing fees to our utility customers! This means there are no additional charges when processing your payments online.

We sincerely appreciate your patience during this transition period. Once the utility billing data is complete and certified, the billings will be promptly mailed, uploaded and available for viewing to the online portal, as well as available for online payments.

We are excited about the additional services and offerings that our new software allows us to provide to our valued customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we look forward to continuing to serve you with improved efficiency.
