NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO IT CONCEPTS, INC. 1600 SPRING HILL RD STE 305, VIENNA, VA 22182 USA, UNITED STATES.
NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSISÂ
Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC), on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Digital Health Office (DHO) intends to award a firm-fixed contract without options to IT Concepts, Inc. to provide medical services in support of digital health activities at negotiate a requirement for Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) services.
The proposed procurement is for services for which the Government intends to utilize other than full and open competition for this procurement is 41 U.S.C.§ 3304(a)(5) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-5 entitled, Authorized or required by statute . The applicable statute is Public Law 109-461: Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006 specifically, the Veterans First Contracting Program outlined in 38 U.S.C.§ 8127(c) and VAAR 819.7008.
The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541611.Â
