The Contractor shall accomplish activities necessary to support the Malmstrom AFB Cross-Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Program. The Contractor shall provide all labor, hardware, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform a full cross-connection control survey of the potable water system at Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB), MT, both on the main base and at 15 remotely located Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs).
