Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that questions are due to the Contracting Office at 8am Mountain Time on Friday, March 7, 2025. Please send all questions to the Contract Administrator, Jennifer Lodmell, at jennifer.lodmell.1@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer, TSgt Ricardo Dominguez Jr., at ricardo.dominguez@us.af.mil. Please ensure you review and sign the SF30 to acknowledge this amendment.



Original Solicitation: The Contractor shall accomplish activities necessary to support the Malmstrom AFB Cross-Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Program. The Contractor shall provide all labor, hardware, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform a full cross-connection control survey of the potable water system at Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB), MT, both on the main base and at 15 remotely located Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs).
