Description View Changes

This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract which will include multiple NSNs to support the following operational platform: C-5 Panels. A total of 322 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that 322 will be priced for the initial contract award. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively with various contracts issued as supported by a Qualified Sources List (QSL). Potential sources must either be on the ESA's Qualified Sources List (QSL) or gain ESA qualification before contract award. The proposed contract will be a 100% small business set aside for a total 10-year period of performance. Pricing will be evaluated based on the estimated annual demand (EAD). The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract in accordance with FAR 16.504(a)(1) consisting of a 5-year base period and a 5 year option period. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately.





This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods based on a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors will be used. The Government may award multiple contracts for this action. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to your registration will be required. For registration procedures and information please visit the World Wide Web at https://www.sam.gov. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA DIBBS Website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation will be posted on or around May 12, 2025.



THIS AMENDMENT REFLECTS THE REMOVAL OF NSN 1560-01-175-5823 FROM THIS EFFORT.
