This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract which will include multiple NSNs to support the following operational platform: C-5 Panels. A total of 322 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that 322 will be priced for the initial contract award. The proposed contract will be a 100% small business set aside for a total 10-year period of performance. Pricing will be evaluated based on the estimated annual demand (EAD). The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract in accordance with FAR 16.504(a)(1) consisting of a 5-year base period and a 5 year option period. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately.
This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods based on a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors will be used. The Government may award multiple contracts for this action. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to your registration will be required. For registration procedures and information please visit the World Wide Web at https://www.sam.gov.
