The Department of Commerce, Division of Community Revitalization (DCR), is seeking a vendor to provide full spectrum disaster recovery operations to implement the State’s CDBG-DR Action Plan for Hurricane Helene impacted Counties in Western North Carolina including but not limited to the establishment and operation of intake centers for program applicants, provide accessibility and transportation service and mobile outreach centers to ensure all households have equal opportunity and support to complete a pre-application survey, and provide additional assistance to those invited to formally apply; in partnership with DCR develop a comprehensive outreach campaign; verify applicant eligibility, perform duplication of benefits determination, perform environmental review, and provide construction management services. |
