Description: The intent of this Request is to obtain qualifications from prospective developers capable of redeveloping a vacant .896-acre parcel of City owned land located at 595 South Exchange Street (aka “the site” or “the property”). The City will evaluate the respondent’s past experience with real estate development including mixed-income, market rate and affordable housing as well as its experience completing projects that include retail or non-residential components. The City is seeking a development partner that has experience working in collaboration with community stakeholders. A strong commitment to sustainability, design, equity, and a proven track record of completed projects is essential.
