SITE VISIT: Contractors are advised to inspect the facility and site prior to submitting an offer. A single site visit will be held on 27 January 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). All questions pertaining this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit are due no later than 29 January 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Submit all questions to Cesia Gil at cesia.gil@usda.gov.

Quotes are due no later than 16 February 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and must be submitted via email to cesia.gil@usda.gov.
