MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: Between $100,000 and $250,000.

SITE VISIT: Contractors are advised to inspect the facility and site prior to submitting an offer. A single site visit will be held on 27 January 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). The point of contact for the site visit is Cody Gorden at cody.gorden@usda.gov or 715-674-7328.

All questions pertaining this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit are due no later than 29 January 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Submit all questions to Cesia Gil at cesia.gil@usda.gov.

Quotes are due no later than 16 February 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and must be submitted via email to cesia.gil@usda.gov.

NOTE: Offeror must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) at the time quotes are due. Any offeror that is not active in SAM at the time of submission will be rejected and will not be considered for award.
