Description

Contractor shall provide all parts, equipment, material, labor, and supervision, including travel costs, necessary to perform preventative maintenance, inspections and corrective repairs identified during preventative maintenance inspections of patient lifts per original equipment manufacturer (OEM) guidelines located at the Tomah VA Medical Center, LaCrosse Community Based Outpatient Center (CBOC), and Wausau CBOC per statement of work.
