Description

Contractor shall provide all parts, equipment, material, labor, and supervision, including travel costs, necessary to perform preventative maintenance and inspections to include corrective repairs of approximately 151 patient lifts located at the Tomah VA Medical Center.

Work will take place at Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI, LaCrosse Community Based Outpatient Center in LaCrosse, WI , and Wausau Community Based Outpatient Center in Wausau, WI.

Work will be completed in February of each contract period.
