Description The District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Contracts, on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) (the “District”)is seeking a Contractor to provide services to implement web services using a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) platform to integrate the Office of Contracting and Procurement’s (OCP) Procurement Automated Support System (PASS) – the District’s branded name for the Ariba Supplier Network procurement system – with the District’s Integrated Financial System (DIFS), the District’s branded name for the Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials subscription service accounting system.
