This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80AFC25Q0005 for Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) academic and simulator training services at vendor facilities for NASA flight crew and maintainers to maintain their proficiency. Offeror’s must submit a firm-fixed-price (FFP) quote for the specifications and qualifications contained in the Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment A.
The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2025-03, and can be found at: https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far.
The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 611512 and $34M, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition.
All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
Offers for the items described above are due by 1:00 PM Pacific on Friday, April 11, 2025 to Bernard (Bernie) Cenidoza at bernard.c.cenidoza@nasa.gov, and must include, solicitation number, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Offerors are encouraged to use the Standard Form 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items form found at URL: https://www.gsa.gov/reference/forms/solicitationcontractorder-for-commercial-products-and-commercial-services.

The Government is not responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of documents submitted using electronic means, including the missing of any established deadlines.
