Interested vendors must sign and return the Amendment as well as the updated Conform copy of W911N225Q0010. The Conform copy should also include your prices on the CLINs. To be considered vendors must provide the following:

2. Signed copy of AMENDMENT W911N225Q0010 P0001 (If you have not provided a signed copy before)

4. Must show the four technical factors mentioned in Clause ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-2, BASIS OF AWARD, B. 1. a-d.

Letterkenny Army Depot is looking for a vendor who is able to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to perform maintenance, requested repairs, and certification to Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) equipment. Technicians who perform diagnosis, service, and repair must be SCOTT Certified, IAW SCOTT brand requirements and NFPA 1989.
