SYNOPSIS for SET-ASIDE

Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a service contract to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to perform maintenance, requested repairs, and certification to Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) equipment. Technicians who perform diagnosis, service, and repair must be SCOTT Certified, IAW SCOTT brand requirements and NFPA 1989. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The contract will be a one-time procurement with the potential to become a recurring requirement. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and (Two (2)) options years. The procurement will be 100% small business set aside. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $12.5 Million and the product code/service code is J042. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to

Letterkenny Army Depot Fire and Emergency Services. Solicitation number W911N2-25-Q-0010 will be released on or about 25 November 2024 with a closing date on or about 9 December 2024. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated

date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date.
