ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Thursday, December 11, 2025 for
DPW Project 24110: IESDB: E. Parking Lot & Asphalt Driveways Resurfacing, Idaho School for the
Deaf and Blind, Gooding, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include resurfacing the east parking lot and
south driveway and constructing a new administration building parking lot as described in the project
documents.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m.,
prevailing local time, at the Idaho School for the Deaf and Blind, 1450 Main St, Gooding, ID 83330.
Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $1,280,000.00
