Description
The Minnesota Department of Corrections (“DOC” or “State”) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to create and implement writing workshops at DOC correctional facilities. The target population for these programs is adult male and female incarcerated persons that have a demonstrated interest in improving their creative writing skills and have at least a tenth grade reading level.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) may result in multiple contract awards. Respondents must offer services to incarcerated persons in one or more of the following DOC correctional facilities:
• MCF - Faribault, 1101 Linden Lane, Faribault, MN 55021
• MCF – Lino Lakes, 7525 Fourth Ave., Lino Lakes, MN 55014
• MCF – Oak Park Heights, 5329 Osgood Ave N, Stillwater, MN 55082
• MCF – Rush City, 7600 535th St, Rush City, MN 55069
• MCF - St Cloud, 2305 Minnesota Blvd. SE, St. Cloud, MN 56304
• MCF – Shakopee, 1010 West Sixth Ave., Shakopee, MN 55379
• MCF – Stillwater, 970 Pickett St. Bayport, MN 55003
• MCF – Moose Lake, 1000 Lake Shore Dr. Moose Lake, MN 55767
