Servo motor repair

The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA),National Reconditioning Center (NRC) intends to send out for the repair and reconditioning the following equipment: 25 each Motor, DC Servo, NWS/ROC PN: 2200220-201, ASN: R400-2A1A1B1. Prospective vendors must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete this requirement for the equipment listed. This will be a 100 percent small business set-aside on a firm-fixed-price award basis.

The vendor is responsible for returning repaired product(s) in a shipping container designed to withstand the vibration and shock encountered during transportation by ship, rail, truck, and aircraft. The unit(s) shall be packaged to prevent damage to include: physical, electrical, mechanical, cosmetic, and the unit(s) shall not be damaged or lose performance capability. Only firms that can provide the exact services described herein will be considered responsive to this notice.

The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted.
