A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, October 23, 2025, at
3535 Winston
Lake Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105
.
The project manager will be present to go over the requested scope of work and answer any questions. A sign-in sheet will serve as documentation of attendance. No bids will be accepted from contractors not represented at this mandatory pre-bid.
