Description

The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20 provides a full range of medical services, mental health services and therapeutic housing programs to Veterans in the following VA regions:

Spokane, WA metro area

Additionally, VISN 20’s Network of Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCS) provides primary care services in several outlying areas of the above regions. These facilities provide Transitional Housing to those Veterans requiring an interim step while receiving intensive outpatient services; addressing issues relating to their homelessness, and while waiting to access permanent housing resources and have medical vulnerabilities which prevents them from using other shelter resources in the current area . This transitional housing service will need to accommodate an estimated number of Veterans for room and board. Services shall be provided as Veteran stabilizes and identifies their next steps. Length of stay will range from 30 to 90 days. A Veteran may be extended for additional time on a case by case basis depending on clinically indicated need.
