The 11th SFS has a requirement for Entry Control Point (ECP) equipment to support contingency JTF-NCR response operations
across the Armed Forces District of Washington (AFDW). The equipment will consist of ready spike strips, various speed bumps,
portable retractable belts/barriers, cones, concertina wire, light weight work-gate barriers, heavy duty bollards, and traffic
stanchions.
