U.S. GOVERNMENT



General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: TX

City: Houston



Delineated Area: The delineated area is bounded on the north

by Allen Parkway, extending from Interstate 45

westward to Kirby Drive. The eastern

boundary follows Interstate 45, running south

from Allen Parkway to Interstate 69. The

southern boundary is defined by Interstate 69,

stretching west from Interstate 45 to Kirby

Drive. The western boundary runs along Kirby

Drive, connecting Allen Parkway to Interstate

69.

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,654

Additional Requirements: Antenna space on roof required, 24/7 access

mall. Facility Security Level II required. Mat

room shall have a ceiling height of 10’

(minimum)



The space will be occupied by a law enforcement agency.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,

seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced

lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance

floodplain (formerly referred to as 500-Year floodplain).

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications

prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense

Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition
