Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for Medical Accession Services U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM). The Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement to provide personal services for medical accession at 65 USMEPCOM Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS), to include supporting satellite cities, and remote processing stations (RPS) throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The Medical Accession services consists of Fee Basis Providers (FBP) and Prescreen Support. The FBP and prescreen personnel will review military service applicant’s medical histories, perform medical evaluations, and conduct reviews of medical test results and documents, with an end goal of determining whether an applicant for military service meets the medical standards established by Congress and the Military Services. The NAICS Code is 621111 Office of Physicians (Except Mental Health Specialist) with a small business size standard of $16,000,000.00. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will consist of a five year ordering period from 18 December 2025 through 17 December 2030. This requirement will be 100% 8(a) set-aside. Solicitation W81K0425RA016 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be electronically posted on Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environmental (PIEE) (https://cac.piee.eb.mil/). Note: This Is Not A Solicitation. No hard copies will be provided and will be distributed solely through PIEE. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the PIEE website.
