Synopsis
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified firms (Offerors) to provide Basic Supervisory Training Services to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated in this RFP. The contract period for the performance of the services described in this RFP is from December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026, with three (3) one-year renewal options. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS. MoDOT will not accept any proposals by email.
