Dayton T. This procurement was conducted on a sole-source basis under the authority of Title 10 U.S.C Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplier or service will satisfy agency requirements.” This effort is covered under Class Justification and Approval number 23-0038.
