Triton Mobile Forward Operating Base (M-FOB)

Dayton T. Brown, Inc. of Bohemia, New York is awarded a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee order (N0042125F7024), with a total award value of up to $7,758,473.47, against previously issued Basic Ordering Agreement N0042123G0005. This order provides for the production of up to two (2) Mobile Forward Operating Bases (M-FOB). Fiscal year 2025 other procurement funds in the amount of $2,999,999.90 will be obligated at time of award. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD, is the contracting activity.

This procurement was conducted on a sole-source basis under the authority of Title 10 U.S.C Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplier or service will satisfy agency requirements.” This effort is covered under Class Justification and Approval number 23-0038.
