Synopsis
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from prospective qualified Offerors with the experience, knowledge and qualifications to conduct a comprehensive Statewide Intercity Bus (ICB) study identifying intercity bus needs and priorities in Missouri to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), as set forth in this RFP. The contract period will be from execution of the Resulting Agreement through December 31, 2027. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS. MoDOT will not accept any proposals by email.
