Hanford Mission Integration Solutions, LLC. (HMIS) requests proposals for Implementation professional services for PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning: Finance and Human Capital Management: Human Resources. The requested work is in support of Hanford Mission Essential Services Contract (HMESC) Prime Contract 89303320DEM000031 with the U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Office.

Information regarding the submission of a proposal is contained in the attached Solicitation. Proposals are to be prepared in accordance with the instructions and conditions set forth herein.

• Intent to Bid: Due by June 18, 2025; 4:00 PM (PT)

• Preproposal Conference/Meeting: Set-up via remote “Teams” method only, June 23, 2025; 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, (PT)

• Questions | Comments (including technical) regarding the Solicitation | RFP are due by: June 26, 2025; 1:00 PM (PT) or sooner
