THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE.
Mod 01: This modification is to add a flyer that provides a quick overview of the tasks, anticipated release date, and anticipated contract type. All information provided is anticipation only and subject to change. Please see attachment labeled "ESAT Flyer".
Mod 02: EPA will be hosting a pre-solicitation industry day. Information regarding this pre-solicitation industry day will be shared no later than June 20, 2025.
AN OFFICIAL SOLICITATION IS NOW ANTICIPATED IN JUNE/JULY 2025 FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THIS REQUIREMENT IS ANTICIPATED TO BE UNRESTRICTED WITH NO SET-ASIDE. THIS IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE FOR EPA REGIONS 3, 8, 9 & 10. EPA ANTICIPATES THE SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN A MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ. TASK ORDERS WILL BE ISSUED NON-COMPETITIVELY TO THE IDIQ AWARDEE OF THAT SPECIFIC REGION. EPA HAS ATTACHED THE MOST UP-TO-DATE STATEMENT OF WORK TO THIS NOTICE LABELED "ESAT 3.8.9.10 SOW_6.5.2025", AS WELL AS THE SOW ADDENDUMS FOR EACH REGION LABELED "SOW ADDENDUM REGIONS 3_8_9_10". EPA IS NOT REQUESTING ANY RESPONSES TO THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE.
