This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, Point Reyes National Seashore, to remove, dispose, and completely replace the existing Lighthouse well pump.
This Amendment no. 1 is issued for the purpose of notifying all interested parties that the site visit information is changed as described below. Interested parties shall disregard previous site visit information and only refer to the changed site visit information in this amendment.
SITE VISIT. The lighthouse well is in a remote area of the park and NPS will not be able to send someone there to accommodate interested contractors that want to see it. However, NPS can have someone onsite tomorrow, Wednesday, September 3rd from 12pm to 3pm (PDT) for any contractors that wish to see the site. The Point Reyes National Seashore site map is available online at https://www.nps.gov/pore/planyourvisit/directions.htm.

Quoters should refer to the complete solicitation package which includes the SF-18 Request for Quotations form, Attachment 1 Terms Clauses Provisions Full (full details of the solicitation including instructions on what to include in quote, evaluation factors, etc.), Attachment 2 DOL Service Wage Rates 2015-5725, Attachment 3 Performance Work Statement, Attachment 4 Forms and Provisions to Return with Quote, and Attachment 5 Optional Past Performance Questionnaire.
REMINDER: Quotes are due by 4pm (PDT) on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 submitted electronically by email to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov. Refer to Section III (C) in Attachment no. 1, Terms Provisions Clauses, for full details of what to include in quote.
The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
