This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, Point Reyes National Seashore for the removal, disposal, and complete replacement of the existing Lighthouse well pump.
This Amendment no. 002 is issued for the purpose of notifying all interested parties that (1) the response date is extended, (2) provide a revised Performance Work Statement, and (3) provide Questions & Answers (Q&A).
(1) Response date is extended by 1 day, changed from 9/10/25 to 9/11/25. Quotes shall be sent by email to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov by 4pm on Thursday, September 11, 2025.
(2) The Performance Work Statement was revised to provide additional information in Section A, Items 1, 2, and 3 within the document. Text shown as red in color is the new information added. Refer to new Attachment 6, Revised Performance Work Statement. This new version replaces the original version that was Attachment 3.
(3) Questions & Answers (Q&A) is added as new Attachment 7, Q and A. The document contains five (5) Questins/Answers and three (3) photos.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENT: Fill in boxes 15a through 15c on the Standard Form 30 (SF-30) amendment form.

Quoters should refer to the complete solicitation package which includes the SF-18 Request for Quotations form, Attachment 1 Terms Clauses Provisions Full (full details of the solicitation including instructions on what to include in quote, evaluation factors, etc.), Attachment 2 DOL Service Wage Rates 2015-5725, Attachment 3 Performance Work Statement (disregard this version and refer to Attachment 6 instead), Attachment 4 Forms and Provisions to Return with Quote, Attachment 5 Optional Past Performance Questionnaire, Attachment 6 Revised Performance Work Statement, and Attachment 7 Q and A.
