04/29/2025: Thank you to everone who originally responded to this RFI. In response to your request for status/updates, the Government has not fully determined the course of this action, and the initial posting was for informational purposes only and market research aspects to determine sources and capabilities in general. To update status, it is unlikely that this requirement will be solicited on www.SAM.gov, and it is tentatively anticipated to be solicited via an existing internal VA IDIQ vehicle. At this time there is not an estimate for any solicitation, nor guarantee there would be any solicitation, given the current Federal environment. Thank you for your interest in this requirement.

Original Notice (01/27/2025): VA is seeking a Contractor to provide direct support for the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Professional Development Program via program office support, competency development, and training support for the HTM Community. Contractor support must include the purchasing and/or development of commercial-off the-shelf (COTS), Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS), and/or tailored COTS/GOTS training and competency development products. The Contractor must provide training development and delivery, to include Contractor-led, government-led, and/or hybrid solutions. The Contractor must plan, develop, deliver, and manage required competency development offerings to enable the HTM community’s drive to provide the best patient outcomes to the Veteran community. The Contractor must provide and manage the necessary tools to enable an effective HTM Professional Development Program in support of long-range, near-term, and emergent requirements. This includes the development, management, and enhancement of the HTM Training & Education SharePoint site via Agile sprints and implementing augmented analytics to better inform HTM stakeholders. The target audience for training offerings is the VHA HTM Community, including managerial, non-managerial, and entry-level staff.
