VA is seeking a Contractor to provide direct support for the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Professional Development Program via program office support, competency development, and training support for the HTM Community. Contractor support must include the purchasing and/or development of commercial-off the-shelf (COTS), Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS), and/or tailored COTS/GOTS training and competency development products. The Contractor must provide training development and delivery, to include Contractor-led, government-led, and/or hybrid solutions. The Contractor must plan, develop, deliver, and manage required competency development offerings to enable the HTM community’s drive to provide the best patient outcomes to the Veteran community. The Contractor must provide and manage the necessary tools to enable an effective HTM Professional Development Program in support of long-range, near-term, and emergent requirements. This includes the development, management, and enhancement of the HTM Training & Education SharePoint site via Agile sprints and implementing augmented analytics to better inform HTM stakeholders. The target audience for training offerings is the VHA HTM Community, including managerial, non-managerial, and entry-level staff.
