Virginia Class San Tank IDIQ

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Virginia Class Sanitary Tanks. The required work shall take place at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility. The tentative period of performance is April 2025 - April 2030 (One base year plus four option years). Attached to this notice is a draft work package.

This posting serves as a pre-solicitation notice in association with N32253-25-Q-0003. The pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This posting is not a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

This requirement is 100% small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS is 1,300 employees. This Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance and Repair of Ship and Marine Equipment. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) by the award date.

The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 17 December 2024. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-25-Q-0003. All offers shall be emailed to the primary and secondary point of contact listed in the upcoming posting.
