Amendment 0001 hereby incorporates the following clarifications/change(s) into the solicitation package.
Site Visit Time
SITE VISIT: 8:00A.M. 4:00 P.M.
The pre-bid conference will occur on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 CST.Â
The location is at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, 5000 S. Fifth Avenue Hines, IL 610141Â Â
All participants will meet the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at Room 126, Bldg. 2 (Bldg. with Clock tower).
Due to the multiple locations throughout Hines Campus, expect the Site Visit to encompass the entire day.
Proposal Due DATE / TIME: April 3, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. CST.
