2025 Sylvania Street Improvements (PE25134)

Sealed bids for construction of 2025 Sylvania Street Improvements will be received until May 7th, 2025, 2 PM at the City of Sylvania City Hall at 104 South Main Street, Sylvania, GA 30467 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of thirty (30) days. The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: Resurfacing approximately 2 miles of City streets with asphalt. The contractor shall also provide milling, bituminous tack coat, patching, leveling, and striping for Oak Street, Lewis Place, W.T. Sharpe Drive, Westchester Road, Camelia Drive, Holly Road, West and East Lake Drive, and Mills Road. Time allotted for completion of work is ninety (90) calendar days. Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents are on file at Parker Engineering, LLC. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier¿s check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid. Funding is to be provided by TSPLOST funds, LMIG funds, and the City of Sylvania. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
