Title: Pre-solicitation Notice for Fresh Bread & Bakery Products support for DLA Troop Support to military customers in the San Diego, CA Zone

Solicitation SPE300-25-R-0038 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bread and Bakery items, set-aside for Small Business contract for various Department of Defense (“DoD”) customers in the San Diego, California Zone. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price, with two pricing tiers for all items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period of performance will be from September 21, 2025, through September 20, 2028.

Group 1 – San Diego, California

All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFP’s are in Portable Document Format (PDF).
