This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.
The RFQ number is N0060426Q4006. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06/Effective Date 10-01-2025 and DFARS Publication Notice, 24 October 2025.

The 2022 NAICS code is 532411 (Commercial Air, Rail, and Water Transportation Equipment Rental and Leasing) and the Small Business Standard is $45.5 million. This requirement is unrestricted to firms and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order (PO). The Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the full and open acquisition strategy.
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) Regional Contracting Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing chartered maritime vessel rental and ancilliary services as listed within Attachments (1) and (2).
