The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase, delivery, and installation of one Infrared Ti: Sapphire Single Frequency Laser System.
The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, freight/transportation, equipment, and supervisions to install the infrared Ti: Sapphire single frequency laser system in accordance with the following salient characteristics. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the product is complete and usable upon installation to include all appropriate electrical connections. The Government will ensure that the intended installation location is free of obstacles, allowing the contractor the necessary space to install the requested laser system. The contractor will ensure the site is clear prior to acceptance by the Government.
SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS/REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS
At minimum, an Infrared Ti: Sapphire Single Frequency Laser System to provide optimal benefit includes the following salient characteristics:
• Titanium-Sapphire (Ti: Sapphire) Laser wavelength range 650 - 1100 nanometers
• External Mixing Module (EMM) that produces a single frequency laser output in the range of 515 - 660 nanometers and power output of at least 25 milliwatts
• EMM tuning range of 515 - 660 nanometers
• Single frequency pump laser range 514 - 532 nanometers
• Intensity noise less than 0.4% RMS (Root Mean Square) over a 10 kiloHertz to 10 MegaHertz band
• Integrated infrared pickoff and fiber launch module for a stable connection to a wavemeter
• 110 Volt power supply
• US type power plug
• Training and installation included
• Warranty
• Must be new
• Delivery F.O.B. Destination to USAF Academcy, CO 80840
