South: West on the Raritan River on to Route 95 South to Church Lane proceed west to Route 130 North to Cozzens Lane west to Route 27 North
West: Route 27 North to left on River Road to right on Metlars Lane to right on Sutton Lane, left on Ethel Road West, right on Talmadge Road and left on Rt 27 N to Grove Ave north ending at the intersection of Grove Avenue and New Dover Road.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-year”/“500-Year”] floodplain).
