2025 WATER METER REPLACEMENT
Bids for the construction of 2025 WATER METER REPLACEMENT will be received at the office of
ENGINEERING SERVICE located at 115 AEROSMITH DRIVE, RICHLAND, MS 39218, (or electronically at
www.engserviceplans.com) until DECEMBER 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids
received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project includes the following Work:
REPLACE ALL EXISTING WATER METERS ALING WITH METER BOXES, METER BOX TOPS, AND CURB
STOPS AS NECESSARY. ALSO INCLUDES SOFTWARE AND SETUP, SOFTWARE TRAINING, AND OTHER
INCIDENTAL ITEMS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE WORK AND HAVE A FULLY FUNCTIONABLE AMI METER
READING SYSTEM.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website:
www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed, purchased, and submitted
electronically via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of
registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All
official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated
website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if
any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit for each
set.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through
Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
