7195--New Biomed Workstation Furniture

The Biomed Department at the Central Arkansas Healthcare System (CAVHS) located at 4300 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205 has a requirement for the installation of Biomed Furniture in the Biomed ground floor area.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, permits, reports, personnel, licienses, cretifications, supervision, and safety measures to safely perform installation of the Biomed Furniture.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. All quotes must be submitted directly to the Contracting Officer identified and listed in block 7a of the Standard Form (SF) 1449, by email to the following address: surella.tracy@va.gov. Quotes must be received no later than the date/time indicated in block 8 of the SF 1449. Any proposal received after the date and time referenced in block 8 may be considered late and may not be accepted.

2. All emails must reference RFQ 36C25625Q0207 - Biomed Furniture in the subject line of the email. Failure to do so may result in mishandling or inadvertent deletion of emails.

3. QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by email, no later than 10:00 AM, Monday, December 16, 2024.

4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All quotes must include the following, as a minimum. Failure to include any of the following with a quote may result in that quote being determined non-responsive. Any quote determined non-responsive will NOT be evaluated for award.

5. Interested parties must be registered in Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) at time of quote submission and award.
