SOLICITATION

The Biomed Department at the Central Arkansas Healthcare System (CAVHS) located at 4300 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205 has a requirement for the purchase and installation of Biomed Furniture in the Biomed ground floor area.

This is a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside under NAICS code 337127. All interested parties must be registered in Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) at time of quote submission and award. All interested parties must be listed in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of award. Award WILL NOT be delayed for registration.

As indicated on the cover page, all quotes must include the following to be considered for award:
