BRAND NAME JETS TOILET SYS PARTS

THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Military Sealift Command, is negotiating for a BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT for JETS for TOILET SYSTEM PARTS. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 05/15/2025 with a closing date on or about 05/21/2025. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.Gov Website: https://sam.gov/content/home/

A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
